AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS & REPLACEMENT IN THE BATTLE CREEK, MI AREA

Our furnace was making some very weird noises the technician got here not even an hour after my call. Nick was very knowledgeable, walked us through every step he was taking and what he was fixing. Very happy Nick was able to fix our furnace.

I called them on Sunday and told them my issue. The service manager called me back, gave me a rough estimate and what to expect when the tech arrived.  I was able to schedule the technician the same day. The technician, Tony, arrived on time and brought his own shoe booties to keep the floor clean. No muss, no fuss he checked out my furnace and ran some tests to ensure proper operation and then repaired the insulation on the input line. He was very upfront about what he was doing, why he was doing it and left me feeling great about the entire interaction. Five stars from me, would recommend to anyone.

Lost AC this morning they were here by the

afternoon to get me up and running. Gabriel was fast and efficient. I did not expect same day service on this hot of a day but they delivered!! Highly recommend will use again!

Tony was great, nice professional and even gave me some maintenance recommendations.  I called on a Saturday morning scheduled 1-3, they called an hour later asked if they could come early unit was fixed and running perfectly a hour later price was good. I will use again if needed.

A/C stopped blowing cold air and ambient temps went up to 82F inside the condo. I searched on Google and found Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning’s 24/7 service and Pete was out to my place in less than 30 minutes. He troubleshooted and replaced the AC compressor in less than 1 hour. Happy customer!

The guys were prompt and did an excellent job replacing my very old AC and furnace. Everything about the experience was great, from the initial quote to the installation. Would highly recommend Suburban!

We had a bird nest fall into the AC blower inside the house and it made a loud noise and shock the blower unit. We immediately turned the unit off. A technician came the next day (it was a Sunday). The technician opened and found 2 baby birds alive! He was able to rescue them. Unfortunately 2 more had died. The technician disinfected the unit and was very friendly and compassionate towards the birds. Thank you, Gabriel Maldonado. Great job!

Can't say enough good about the guys and gals at Suburban! I had to replace the evap coil in my AC unit, and did some shopping around. Not only was Suburban significantly less expensive than the other 3 companies that quoted the job, but they were extremely professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Great job Waylon and Allan!
